Mrs. Mary Ella is Mennonite and owns a catering business. She is a treasure to our community and we can't wait to learn from her! 

What you'll get:

• Canning and preserving three foods taught hands-on in small groups at Missouri's Best Ranch for 2024 
• Full class from 5pm-8pm. Classroom and Kitchen. 
• Learn preservation techniques for stew meats, ground beef, and more.  
• Samples are included 

This event will take place on Friday, October 25, 2024 at Von Holten Ranch in our heated/air-conditioned venue.
